2022 marks the 150th Anniversary (1872–2022) of this Free Methodist congregation. The church body has met in several locations since its beginning, and even under different names, but River City Church has remained a source of mission and ministry to the Douglas County community and beyond.

We will celebrate our sesquicentennial in grand style with a weekend full of events scheduled for the weekend of June 3–5. We would love to have you join for us any and all of the unique celebrations we have planned:

• Friday, June 3 | 7:00pm—Hymn Sing and Ice Cream Social (in the Worship Center)
  
• Saturday, June 4 | 1:00pm—Bible Quiz Team Reunion (in the Fellowship Hall)
  
• Saturday, June 4 | 6:00pm—150th Anniversary Banquet Dinner (in the Fellowship Hall) 
  
• Sunday, June 5 | 10:00am—Celebration Service (in the Worship Center)
