Connect with a Ministry

Our Ministries

No matter your stage or season of life, we want you to find and follow Jesus with us! Everyone is welcome here at River City Church.

  • Kids

Our goal in River City Kids is to provide a fun and enriching environment where kids learn how much God loves them just the way they are. We teach kids that God is with them wherever they go, in good times and in bad, and that He has a perfect plan for each of them. Kids get to develop relationships with God, their leaders, and their peers through weekly Bible stories, lessons, and games that relate the story back to their lives. We want each kid to feel valued, have fun, and loved by God! We welcome kids to join us in person at 9:00 am for connect groups and 10:30 am for Worship Service!

  • Students

If you spend any time around our church at all, you'll quickly learn one thing: we love students. They're smart. They're funny. They're bold. And they're bursting with potential. We truly believe that the middle and high school students in our midst are world changers in the making.

We gather every Sunday morning at 9:00 am!

  • Adults

Don't worry, all the good stuff at our church isn't just for the under 18 crowd! We have plenty of engaging events and gatherings designed to build the faith and community of our adults as well. Young or old, Christian or not, single or married, man or woman—we've got a place for you!

Our Connect Groups every Sunday morning at 9:00 for adults of all ages! These are age-based Bible studies designed to help you better understand how to find and follow Jesus with people your age, who are going through the same struggles and triumphs you're going through!

  • Mission & Mobilization

We are committed to loving and serving people, both inside and outside of the walls of our church building. The love of Jesus compels us to serve people in need in our community by partnering with several key community organizations (e.g., Family Promise, Heartland Community Health Center, Just Food, and others). We also engage in global ministry, supporting missionaries and sponsoring short-term mission trips, both international and domestic. Many RCC volunteers are mobilized to serve in a variety of ways. If you are looking for a way to make a difference, we can help you find a service opportunity that's right for you.

  • Men

According to Pat Morley, founder of Man in the Mirror Ministries, “Discipleship is not about behavior modification; it's about heart transformation. Changing the heart of a man will change everything" (Luke 6:45).

As a men's ministry, we strive to adhere to the Great Commission (Matthew 28-28:20) by providing strategic opportunities for the men in our church to help other men grow in their relationship with one another and with Christ. We desire to see the love of Christ shared with the community, and we do this by building Christ-like character and inspiring, equipping, and encouraging men to come alongside other men to help them find and follow Jesus.
