As people of God we give because God has given so much to us. God doesn't need our money, but he does want what it represents: our hearts, purposes, passions, and priorities. 

 

We give to make a Kingdom impact in the Lawrence community in RCC and also investing in local partners.

 

We give to increase the Kingdom through our generosity to help others find and follow Jesus!

WHY GIVE?

When Jesus commissioned his disciples before His ascension, He said, "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you."

 

At River City, we take this command of making disciples in all nations very seriously, which leads us to contributing to work God is doing globally. We have missionaries sent from River City, as well as Global Partnerships living out the Great Commission, from our doorstep to the farthest corners of the earth. 

GLOBALLY

River City Church believes in creating opportunities to serve and bless our local Douglas County community. Your giving is essential in the work that we do in Lawrence and the surrounding areas.
